Want to be a part of making this year's hunt a fun success? We are looking for donations of candy & allergy friendly items (pencils, stickers, etc.) and ziplock baggies for the goody bags!
We also would love help to put the goody bags together, along with people to help hide the eggs on the day of would be much appreciated.

Annual Meeting Recap
Hello Deer Path neighbors!
The Board would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to every homeowner and renter who attended the Annual meeting on March 6, 2025. We were pleased to have a little over 80 homes represented out of the nearly 1500 in our neighborhood.
Regrettably, we did not meet the quorum requirement necessary to conduct any votes, and per our bylaws, all board positions remain unchanged. However, we did hold a forum for those in attendance to receive updates and ask questions. The PowerPoint presentation discussed will be posted on TownSQ.
Two individuals expressed interest in running for a seat on the board. The board has offered that these individuals join an “advisory committee”, as several current and former board members have done prior to obtaining a board seat, proving to be a very valuable position.
Members of the advisory committee attend all meetings, including vendor meetings, and participate in all non-executive discussions. The opinions and experience of the advisory committee are heavily weighted in any executive sessions or votes the board conducts. The advisory committee also provides the sitting board with a pool of candidates should someone currently in a board position need to step down for any reason.
The board continues to advocate for larger attendance at the annual meeting, which will enhance resident education on ongoing matters and foster a better understanding of neighborhood needs and resident desires. The current board looks forward to the upcoming year and we hope to see even more residents at future events.

A little bit about the Neighborhood:
The Deer Path neighborhood was developed in the early 2000s near Ruoff Music Center (formerly known as Deer Creek as well as many other names). It is a beautiful neighborhood that displays a wide array of homes and combines walking trails, community pool and park as well as beautiful nature areas/ponds throughout.

The various names were created as the neighborhood expanded over the years.
