2025 ANNUAL MEETING! | MARCH 6TH, 2025

Join us Thursday, March 6th, 2025, for our Annual Meeting!
This will be at 7:oopm at Deer Creek Elementary School.

You should have received an HOA Annual Meeting notice in the mail containing meeting details, a board nominee form, a committee interest form, and your proxy. This required "annual meeting" is held to Vote on HOA Board members and go over important topics related to the community. Your attendance is important.
Please note that we will discuss raising annual assessments for 2026 and implementing a rental cap for the community.
The Proxy Vote - aka "absentee ballot" - is very important! If you cannot attend the annual meeting, this will allow you to still vote via attending neighbor.

A little bit about the Neighborhood:
The Deer Path neighborhood was developed in the early 2000s near Ruoff Music Center (formerly known as Deer Creek as well as many other names). It is a beautiful neighborhood that displays a wide array of homes and combines walking trails, community pool and park as well as beautiful nature areas/ponds throughout.

Deer Path
Enclave at Deer Path
Meadows at Deer Path
Preserve at Deer Path

The various names were created as the neighborhood expanded over the years.
